For their newly built house in Hasselt, the Van den Bosch family wanted a practical and strong floor. A floor for the kitchen and living room on which the three children could play carefree without fear of damage or wear and tear. “Besides practicality, they also agreed on what they wanted: sleek in combination with black, steel and wood,” said Roos Boeve, Showroom Advisor at EPI.
Concrete look floor
The homeowners wanted a concrete-look floor for their self-built new home. A floor with an artisanal and robust look. At the same time, the floor had to be low-maintenance and suitable for wet areas, such as a kitchen.
After a tip from the architect, they came to EPI. Shortly before the family visited the showroom, we launched the Corestone Nature floors. This concrete-look floor with its rough look was immediately liked. In addition to the aesthetic aspect, the floor is also scratch-resistant and non-slip which makes it extra safe for children playing.
Stylish decor
The family found it important to choose a warm color that combines well with furniture and the existing wood accents in the interior. In addition, the matte color makes a beautiful combination with the light entering the floor that enhances the atmosphere.
After one year
A year later, the family is still happy with the Corestone Nature floor. The floor is sturdy, easy to maintain and has proven to stand up to children playing. It still looks as beautiful as ever. They hope to enjoy it for years to come. Scroll down for photos from the home with the Corestone Nature floor.
