Firing up and cooling down protocol
Why is it so important to follow the heating-up and cooling-down protocol before installing the floor over underfloor heating? In screeds that incorporate underfloor heating, cracking can occur due to thermal length changes.

A biopolymer floor is a more durable, environmentally friendly and flexible alternative to concrete, wood or polyester. It lasts a lifetime, has a low carbon footprint, and because it is poured on site, it is unique, seamless and easy to clean. AND you can design it however you want.
Choosing a floor design from EPI is easy. You can see, touch and try every flooring option we offer in our experinece centers. We’ll create a proposal that fits the style, color or finish you have in mind. When you’re ready, we put you in touch with our network of selected and trained application partners. They’ll make sure your floor is laid correctly. After all, this is a specialized craft. Once your floor is laid, EPI and their partners remain available. Should you need us.
