We notice strongly in the showroom and in the market that sustainability is becoming more and more important. Customers are asking more about it and are curious about the safety of a cast floor. So how safe are our cast floors?
We take you back to basics for a moment. As a manufacturer, we can give you a little insight into the raw materials. For example, we know that the raw materials we use are free of harmful substances. And our floors are mainly based on natural materials. Like the PU cast floor Superbase. Almost 80% of this floor consists of natural oils such as Castor oil. And the Corestone floors consist mostly of finely ground pebbles and resin hardeners. So our installation partners can apply the EPI floors in your home without having to wear air filter masks. So very, very safe!
Plants also lend a hand
The great thing about plants is that they are busily purifying the air for you during the day. A plant has also been proven to have a calming effect on you. And of course, very importantly, a plant also looks super pretty. If you’re a novice plant lover, I’m happy to share some (interior design) tips with you.
Do you like peace and quiet? Then choose a nice big plant and put it in a beautiful spot at home. In the spotlight. A Strelitzia is great for this. Also easy to maintain by the way.
Or do you prefer to style it cozy and cozy? Then go for some more and smaller greenery so there is a plant to spot everywhere. Pancake plants and beverage ivy are easy to propagate in addition to being easy to care for.
On a cool cast floor, a robust pot combines beautifully with lots of texture or patterns. What you do need to pay attention to when buying pots is that they don’t let moisture through.
