Plastic cast floors are seamless, easy to keep clean with the right products and tools, and a perfect solution when combined with underfloor heating or heat pumps.<\/p>

A cast floor evenly distributes the heat from the underfloor heating, its low thickness (2 to 3mm) allows it to transfer heat quickly and you make the best use of the efficiency of your underfloor heating, even with a heat pump. Even when the underfloor heating is off, the cast floor does useful and sustainable work by absorbing ambient heat. That provides nice warm feet in winter and a cooling effect in summer. <\/p>

If you also add the EPI Membrane to your screed, you improve the sound-reducing properties of your screed, especially in an apartment this is often desired. And what about major maintenance? The top coat (last layer) may need to be replaced after 7 to 12 years. Fortunately, you don’t have to do this yourself.
